Shipping & Returns
 

We aim to provide outstanding service and great quality food to our customers. Our people have always been at the centre of everything that we do. If you’re dissatisfied with your order, please get in touch and we’ll aim to resolve it as soon as possible.

  1. ORDERS:
    Orders placed online require 48 hours notice. Please be mindful of the working hours. Our opening hours are between 7am - 2pm.

  2. CANCELLATIONS

    If you’d like to cancel an order, please email us at info@manufactory.nz at least 24 hours before the order due date. We’ll provide you with a refund within the following 2-3 business days.

  3. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
    The delivery charge is $10.00 per drop-off within Te Aro.
    Delivery in Wellington CBD (Pipitea, The Terrace Thorndon etc.) is $20.
    Our orders will arrive at the stated time, however, if the order is late for reasons outside of our control we’ll make all efforts to inform you as soon as possible. 

  4. FOOD HANDLING:  
    Depending on the order, our food arrives either hot or cold. Please let us know when you place your order whether you’d like any special preparations.

  5. EQUIPMENT: 
    We do not provide any equipment with our orders, thus making it a simple and quick pick up and drop off.

  6. PAYMENT: 
    Payment will be charged in $NZD. We accept credit card payment by Visa and Mastercard. Credit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge.
