HOW DOES IT WORK?

We strive to make ordering quick and simple. We don’t have a set menu as all our items are prepared fresh on the day. Select from our 3 options: Morning Tea, Lunch, or Afternoon Tea,
then pick the number of items per person, select your dietary requirements, enter the quantity required and add them to the cart. Any additional notes can be input in the ‘add to cart’ section.

HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Please be mindful of the working hours. Our opening hours are between 7am - 2pm.

DO YOU HAVE A DELIVERY FEE

The delivery charge is $10.00 per drop-off within Te Aro. Delivery in Wellington CBD (Pipitea, The Terrace Thorndon etc.) is $20.
Our orders will arrive at the stated time, however, if the order is late for reasons outside of our control we’ll make all efforts to inform you as soon as possible. 

I HAVE SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS. WHAT DO I DO ABOUT THAT?

Within the order form for any of our products, you can specify your dietary requirement. We offer ‘vegetarian’, ‘vegan’, and ‘other’ - you can elaborate within the notes section once you add to cart if you’d like to add additional information.

I JUST WANT TO ORDER A CAKE. SHOULD I PLACE AN ORDER ON THIS SITE?

This site is for larger office catering orders. If you’d like an individual item like a cake or donuts, head over to our cafe site, Sixes & Sevens and order from there.

DO YOU PROVIDE CUTLERY, PLATES, ETC?

No. We just bring the good stuff. This enables us to turn your order around as quickly as possible.

SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

If you’re dissatisfied with your order, please get in touch and we’ll aim to resolve it as soon as possible.
